WHO ARE WE?
We are involved in the manufacture and commercialisation of detersive chemicals for both household and professional use. Its preparations always seek to obtain effective product which bring the consumer SAVINGS in terms of effort, time and money.
The Agerul concentrated grease cleaner, the market leader in kitchen cleaners in various geographic areas, is our star product and the one which gave rise to our activity. Its route has been followed by many other products until completing our wide range.
The three basic principles which have always regulated company activity have been:
1. Innovation in the creation of our products.
2. Satisfaction of our clients and consumers.
3. Quality in all our manufacturing services and in the service we provide.
Today the company is still committed to a major investment in the latest generation technology and machinery and since 2007 its production capacity has multiplied.
QUALITY POLICY
The first step to achieve the quality of a product is the strict selection of the suppliers of its constituent components, followed by a strict QUALITY CONTROL process in each of the transformation processes, resulting in a final product of great EXCELLENCE and QUALITY.
All of this enabled us to obtain ISO 9002 certification in 1998 and subsequently in 2003 the recertification of ISO 9001:2000, the maximum guarantee of INTERNATIONAL QUALITY and which accredits us in the manufacture of our products and services, continuously improving the effectiveness of our management system and increasing customer satisfaction.
The quality policy of AGERUL consists of optimising the satisfaction of our clients and providing them with the best quality standards in the products we make and commercialise by means of compliance with the requirements laid down, as well as maintaining the necessary communications channels between the organization and the clients and between the different functions of the organization (staff of the various departments and areas going to make up the organisation).
The senior management and all the employees are wholly committed to achieving the greatest level of efficiency in our work and the ongoing improvement of our activities, resulting in an improvement in the quality management system, correcting our mistakes and avoiding the appearance of the latter.
To develop this policy, the senior management of AGERUL puts at the disposal of staff the resources required to be able to undertake it, as well as periodic information about the objectives set and the successes achieved, in such a way that the commitment assumed by the senior management extends to all the levels and functions of the organisation.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Agerul ensures future generations greater quality and preservation of the environment. It does not limit its commitment to mere controls, but rather invests in the search for safer substances and technologies geared towards ensuring the protection of the environment. Our production policy tends to eliminate the sources of contamination and preserve natural resources. We have taken on the challenge of combining protection of the environment with savings, in such a way that the latter is sustainable in the long-term.
The environmental policy of Agerul which produces and commercialises chemicals for household and industrial use nationwide and abroad is committed to the following principles:
To respect all the environmental laws applicable to its own activities.
To reduce the consumption of natural resources and promote recycling and reuse.
To adopt, in the actual processes, working methods and technologies with a view to preventing contamination.
To set ongoing improvement objectives.
To assess and minimise environmental impacts caused by the introduction of new products or production processes.
To train staff in, and raise their awareness about, environmental themes, as well as consumer and suppliers.
All our products are biodegradable and our company is committed to ECOEMBES (Ecoembalajes España), thereby complying with the obligation to recover and treat waste, packing and packages, of products for household use. Our items are thus marked by a "green dot".
