The first step into the quality of a product is a strict selection of the suppliers , followed by a strict quality control process in every transformation level leading to a final product of EXCELLENCE and QUALITY.
That brought us to the ISO 9002 certification in 1998, and later on in 2003, to the recertification of the ISO 9001:2000, the maximum INTERNATIONAL QUALITY guaranty which accredits our manufacturing and services, continually improving management system efficiency and increasing customers' satisfaction.
AGERUL's quality policy consists in optimising our customers’ satisfaction and offering them the best quality levels for the products which we manufacture and sell, through the fulfilment of set requirements, as well as by maintaining the necessary communications channels between the organisation and customers and between the different functions of the organisation (personnel from the different departments and areas which make up the organisation).
Management and employees are all committed to reaching the highest level of efficiency in our work and continuous improvement in our activities, to achieve improvement in our quality management system by correcting errors and avoiding their occurrence.
Agerul guarantees better quality and preservation of the environment for future generations. It does not limit its commitment to simple controls, but invests in the search for safer substances and for technologies aimed at guaranteeing the protection of the environment. Our production policy is aimed at eliminating the sources of contamination and preserving natural resources. We have accepted the challenge of combining the protection of the environment with the economy, so that the latter is sustainable in the long term.
The environmental policy of Agerul, which produces and sells chemical products for domestic and industrial use in national and international territories, commits to the following principles:
• Respecting all environmental laws which apply to its activities.
• Reducing its consumption of natural resources and promoting recycling and re-use.
• Adopting work methods and technologies in its own processes which are aimed at the prevention of contamination.
• Setting objectives for continuous improvement.
• evaluating and minimising environmental impacts owing to the introduction of new products or productive processes.
